Philip Wooller has opened a brand new estate agency in west London with a truly groundbreaking launch offer: customers are only required to pay what they feel is an appropriate fee for the services provided. By doing this, Philip hopes to develop and establish lasting relationships within the community. An identity was needed which would convey an honest, trustworthy and innovative service.
We created a brand that was intentionally different to that of regular estate agents. Focusing on Philip as an important member of the community – much in the way the postman or milkman is regarded – we wanted to convey a feeling of trust and honesty.
